We were the team that digitised Farmer Producer Company (FPC) operations: farmer registration, crop tracking, procurement, inventory, payments, and reporting — mobile for farmers, web for administrators.
The challenge
Agricultural producer companies and cooperatives managing thousands of farmers on paper couldn’t track crops, coordinate procurement, or keep transparent records at scale.
