We plugged in as the engineering team behind a complete insurance platform: live multi-carrier quotes, policy lifecycle, premiums, claims, documents, and analytics — wired into real provider APIs, not a sandbox.
The challenge
Brokers and insurers needed one system for quotes, onboarding, claims, and renewals across a fragmented market. Manual work didn’t scale. No single platform combined live multi-provider quotes with the full workflow.
What we ran
We ran the team that shipped integrations with 10+ Indian carriers (including LIC, HDFC Life, ICICI Prudential, SBI Life), real-time quote comparison, policy CRM, premium collection, claims workflows, document management, commission tracking, and reporting — with concurrency, rate limits, and sync handled in production.
